004.

I decided to jump the bandwagon and take a picture. Originally I had no intention of doing so because I do know that my project will one day become a sack of flour again and I don't know how I will feel about that. Having a picture of her lying around when she is no longer here seems to be setting myself up for disaster but she is adorable and happy. I applaud parents who work and raise children at the same time because that takes a lot of effort. Not that I'm a working parent or anything but balancing a baby and school with extracurricular activities is no walk in the park – which you all know. Also a word of advice… after feeding your child never lift them up into the air and make faces at them because they will likely vomit and into your mouth. Which only induces panicking and both of you upset.

She is sweet though. She has Gabriel’s eyebrows and eyes. It is hard to see in the picture but she also has a deep dimple in her other cheek. I have no recollection of what I looked like as a child so I can't say for sure who she looks more like. Did anyone owl home and compare their baby pictures? I would but I don't want my parents I think that would be interesting to see. If you have them share them here with your project’s picture.

Almost one week down and two more to go, thank goodness.

WARD TO GABRIEL:
Would you mind having her on the 18th? I hate to mess up her your schedule because I know that's a Saturday but I could take her that Sunday.

Hello everyone.

I would just like to be your friendly reminder that the Astronomy club is selling several types of chocolates and chocolate bouquets. It’s for a good cause really and not that expensive. You can personalize a note to the receiver and for those in a romantic Christmas spirit you can send anonymous ones. Although really, you should sign your name because either you’re going to torture the person by letting them wonder who you are or it’ll just be completely obvious.

Also, I came across a crying first year who um, just found out that Santa Clause wasn’t real? So, I ask that no one else disclose that information because I think the first years are homesick and excited about being reunited with their families for Christmas and presents. It’d be nice to not dash that fantasy. Thank you!

I want adventure in the great wide somewhere, I want it more than I can tell. And for once it might be grand to have someone understand... I want so much more than they've got planned. )
